Flirting with this character: Absolutely! She'll likely flirt back, even if only out of habit.
Fighting with this character: Sure! She'll prefer to be sneaky, verbally combative and diverting, but one of the first things she'll be doing when she gets a chance to breathe will be figuring out how to defend herself with the materials at hand.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Patience heals like a human. She just doesn't age and she doesn't stay dead. Again: ask first. For light injuries, she's going to have
fast defensive reflexes, though she'll be hampered by her gut reaction being to reach for inaccessible magic.
Killing this character: Definitely not without asking/plotting first.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: She's going to have barriers set up, a mixture of a mind more disciplined than it seems, excellent control over her own psychic process/organic energy/soul/whatever you want to call it, and some internal magical shielding. Except in times of extreme emotional duress, it's gonna be sealed tight is what I'm saying, though with enough force you could probably barge in.
